What annual running costs do I have to pay?

There are several ownership fees that need budgeting for including: pitch fees, service charge rates and insurance. Electricity and gas are charged on a pay as you go basis. Gas is most commonly bottled, however select parks and plots have a piped connection for additional convenience. Electricity is a metered supply payable twice per year.

I already own a holiday home on another park. Can I move to one of your parks?

When owning a holiday home, the most important thing is that you are happy with the park and the location. Whilst we will not accept holiday homes from other parks onto our parks, we will consider accepting them in part exchange towards a new holiday home we have available at our parks. Please call us to learn more about part exchange and how we can help moving parks run as smoothly as possible.

Can I upgrade my holiday home in the future?

You can upgrade your holiday home at any time. Options include getting a brand-new holiday home on the same plot, moving to a different plot within the same park, or relocating to one of our other parks within the group.

Will my holiday home be insured for any damage?

If you've arranged your own insurance, we recommend checking with your provider for full details and to understand your level of cover. If you need assistance, we can suggest a reliable insurance provider to help ensure your holiday home is properly covered.

Can I choose my plot and location?

We offer a variety of plots across our parks, with availability changing weekly. Many plots boast stunning views of the park and surrounding areas. Pitch fees vary by park and location; our team will be happy to provide you with full details.
